3. Service Agreements

Specific services may require a separate service agreement that outlines the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and other terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall control.

3.1 Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on information available at the time of quotation. Final pricing may differ based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Custom-ordered equipment may be subject to restocking fees. Refunds for services rendered will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Pinnacle Alarm Systems LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that security systems will prevent all losses or damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINNACLE ALARM SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Any failure of security systems to detect or prevent incidents

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pinnacle Alarm Systems LLC and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
